Order this custom 21" by 27" Flag Holding Frame. Holds 14x20 US Open, Ryder Cup, PGA Flag. Flag NOT included. It includes floated double green matting to mount your flag, fabric adhesive, clear glazing, backing and bendable tabs so you can insert your flag. Includes sawtooth hanger and bumpers also.  Also includes mounting instructions. The shadowbox moulding is a lightweight polystyrene in smooth classic black. The width is approximately 1".  The height is approximately 2". This frame is deep enough to accommodate a tube style flag. It could cost well over $225 to have flags mounted in a frame shop.  Now you can do it for much less.
