Start with the white trainer and swing 3 times on your natural swing side. 2. Repeat with the teal and orange trainers. 3. Switch to the other side and repeat steps 1 and 2. 4. Swing with a “baseball style” or “step through swing” starting with the white trainer and swing 3 times on your natural swing side. 5. Repeat with the teal and orange trainers. 6. Switch to the other side and repeat steps 4 and 5. 7. Finally, take the white trainer and swing it 6 times at full speed on your natural swing side with a golf club style swing.
