BEN HOGAN was an American Professional golfer who had great influence on swing theory. His prime years were 1938-59 and he won six tournaments including 3 majors. He is said to have "invented practice". He started his gold club company in 1953 in Fort Worth, Texas. In 1960 he sold it to AMF. This Ben Hogan sand wedge has a 56-degree sand wedge that has a stainless-steel head that has a wide sole. The back is cavitated to lighten the head weight and to raise the center of gravity. The shaft is Hogan Apex, stepped steel. The grip is Golf Pride that has chipped where the grip meets the shaft. See photos. Priced accordingly.
