We almost always offer free shipping for our items and pack it nice and snug for a safe delivery. Items are handled every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evening to be dropped off the following morning. Depending on the size and shape of the item it may take an additional day or two to fully package and ship the item, but chances are your item will be processed on one of those three days. If you need your item ASAP please let me know when you purchase the item, so I can prioritize getting it out.
Unfortunately even despite our best testing and shipping practices, shipping issues due pop up on a rare basis. If your item arrives in a condition you weren’t expecting or if the item just wasn’t right for you - we do offer a 14 day return policy to ensure every customer is satisfied.
