Condition is Pre-owned and in excellent condition. No rips no tears no marks and plenty of treading left. Hook and loop (Velcro) Straps work great. No original box, but will be shipped securely with USPS Priority Mail. Shipping prices are calculated by USPS by weight and size (charges may vary based on holidays).
