These are amazing looking clubs. There is not much out there about the MacGregor Heritage Irons. There are a few other incomplete sets listed but you will not find anything like the condition that these are in. The MacGregor "year by year" club listings do not list these. From the digging that I have done, these may have been modeled after the Heritage by Nicklaus and where a custom order where the "Nicklaus" was not included. I've also read that the square face, instead of the diamonds may indicate these are custom. I can not confirm that. What I can confirm is the condition of these clubs and the beauty of them. I would normally replace the original grips with new ones, but these are in such good shape, I decided to leave them on. I am not suggesting they are playable (as they are slick) but they are in great condition. If you would like, I can replace them with new tour velvets for an additional $40. Just message me before you pay.
If you do decide to play them, and since these are Satin Irons (Faces are Raw), they need to be kept dry to avoid rusting. After cleaning, I would wipe with a damp oil towel to keep them looking amazing.
