I try and ship within 1 business day, but being human, things come up and I am delayed in shipping. U.S. address items will include delivery confirmation. Shipping communication for US shipping will be done through your paypal payment and will contain your d/c tracking information, also available in the auction listing once shipped. International buyers are responsible for paying all any customs/duty/taxes/fees if applicable. Please do not ask me to mark ANY international packages as gifts or lower their value.
As far as insurance is concerned, since domestic items already include delivery confirmation for tracking, I do not believe in adding another cost to the buyer for shipping smaller, inexpensive items. If you want your item insured, please contact me once you have won, and I will revise the s/h price to reflect the cost of insuring your purchase. I pack my items very carefully. If you do not understand any or all of my auction terms, please feel free to email me and ask questions BEFORE you bid OR pay. Returns are only accepted if I sent you an incorrect item. I will not accept returns if item does not fit or you are unhappy with the purchase. Item must returned to me in the exact condition as it was mailed to you.
