No missing zipper pulls. Sorry, but a rain cover / hood is not included. If you feel you really want / need one, there are plenty of OEM and aftermarket rain covers for golf bags for sale on eBay for a nominal cost. 6-way. Nicely padded shoulder strap. Has 'Connie Huenerguardt' embroidered on back panel. If your name is not ' Connie Huenerguardt,' I guess you have 3 or 4 choices. 1) Change your name to Connie Huenerguardt. 2) Use a brown-colored marker and go over the letters. 3) Ignore it. 4) other.
