Seat Stick & Umbrella. Great for lots of outdoor activities- hunting, golf, birding, spectator sports/venues/concerts. Umbrella has a zip up cover. Total length is 39". Seat material measures 3,1/2" x 11,1/2". Height in seat position is 31", not including the spike that goes in the ground. The umbrella and cover have marks/stains- see pictures. There is a small hole in the umbrella- see pictures. The arm/spoke next to the hole is slightly bent but does not affect it opening or closing- you can only tell it is bent when it is closed and there is a slight bulge. Any questions please ask.
