Tool IS NOT included. This is a used club that shows signs of wear from normal use on the course. This club has some markings on the face and scuffing on the sole. Crown of the club has some scratches and some minor sky marks but nothing off putting. Shaft has some slight wear to the paint but this is cosmetic only. This club comes with a  Mitsubishi CK Tensei Blue 65 Regular Flex  Graphite Shaft   and  Lamkin UTX Cord Standard Size Grip .  Head Cover IS included.  I would rate this club a 6.5/10.
