Titleist 716 AP2 single 8-iron good condition

Titleist 716 AP2 8-iron, right-handed, with a S300 steel shaft. This single iron has a loft of 38 degrees and a standard, unmodified length (36.5”) and lie angle. The club has had only one owner in Northern CA, was purchased from TGW in December of 2018. Club used for one season in 2019, approximately 45 rounds plus about 250 range hits from primarily grass tees. The club has been well-maintained and is in good condition. Original Golf Pride Tour Velvet standard size grip. Original shaft is True Temper Dynamic Gold AMT with flex S300 (stiff).
