This is a brand new set of 4-PW (7 shafts), Dynamic Gold 105 S300 (Stiff Flex) Taper Tip (.355) The raw lengths are as follows (you butt cut them to the length you desire, they can accommodate up to +1" over standard):

Simply because it is the Tour level performance you are used to in a lightweight shaft. Normally a lightweight steel shaft tends to hit high, possibly ballooning shots, but the DG 105 is built different: a nice, solid, low-mid trajectory and medium spin. The benefits you get from lightweight steel (less fatigue at the end of a round, most swing speed generation) while performing like a heavier shaft.
