Description: Let me start by saying, as you can see from my user ID, I am a golf club guy and not an expert of any kind with regards to golf gifts like this one. Hopefully the following description and pictures will give you the info you need regarding this item. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have and I will do my best to answer. This is a vintage golf gag gift, a Golfers Crying Towel. My guess is that this item is circa the1950's. The "towel" measures 18" x 12" and is made from a sort of delicate linen like material and would never be used as an actual towel. It would be great for framing! Condition: This item appears to be brand new. The towel itself is unmarked, the box shows some wear. A note from bob - I also have, at auction and in my store, clubs, golf gloves and accessories.
