Here's a Yamaha Gas G1 & G3
OEM 215cc REBUILT ENGINE
INCLUDES;
- Brand New standard piston, rings, pin & wrist bearing.
- Cylinder honed (lightly).
- Newer crank bearings.
- Newer crank seals.
- Rebuilt oem oil injection pump. (bled, primed and ready to go).
- Rebuilt oem oil injection drive gearbox. (needs your lube upon
installation of your clutch).
- Rebuilt J24 oem carburetor w/ 95 main jet and 38.8 pilot jet.
- Rebuilt reed block.
- J31 lower case halves.
- J10 oem intake manifold (for big bore J10 carb [not included], no snorkel for resonator and larger bore).
- Oem exhaust manifold (modified, removed snuffer valve).
- All new seals and gaskets throughout.
- Connection hoses pictured are included. This is a complete drop in running engine. "PLUG AND PLAY" Required from your cart/engine are; ALL of your engine plastics. Your working coil. Your working fuel pump. Your working oil reservoir tank with good hose and clean fresh oil. Your working exhaust pressure tap cleaned of any carbon buildup inside the tube. Your working wire harness and starting system. Your working, New clean air cleaner. Your working clutch. Included is what is pictured. NO CORE REQUIRED
TESTED - Run in my cart, can send pics. (up to 25MPH with governor arm drilled and linkages properly set up).
FITS DIRECTLY - any 1979 to 1981 (may need throttle linkage modification) & 1983 to 1989 215cc G1 or G3 2 cycle Golf Cart. (will bolt right in the "lemon" year 1982 but may need some modification to other connections/parts to operate properly).
